Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial HVAC customers in a defined market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on-site, using air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and mechanical layouts. Coordinate with team leads/project managers and customers for installations and repairs, diagnose equipment using blueprints/engineering specifications, and maintain safety and asset accountability while supporting overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leads/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and gathering materials.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
•Use blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and relevant software/technology, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Support installations and repairs across new facility setups and existing facility retrofits with internal and external partners.
•Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to ensure security and accountability of company assets.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 28.96 - 39.02 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
