Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leads/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and gathering materials.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and relevant software/technology, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Support installations and repairs across new facility setups and existing facility retrofits with internal and external partners.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to ensure security and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
