Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the US team by owning and supporting hiring for strategic roles across AI/ML, infrastructure & compute, software engineering, product, and leadership.
  • •Work directly with founders and senior leaders to clarify what the business actually needs for each hire.
  • •Develop long-term relationships across the US AI and technology ecosystem through networking and event participation.
  • •Create recruiting pathways for exceptional candidates who may not be actively looking for roles.
  • •Support US people-building topics at times, including employment practices, onboarding, benefits and people processes, and vendor/partner coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a similar role.
  • •Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the US.
  • •Good understanding of the US technology ecosystem.
  • •Experience recruiting within AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or other highly technical environments.
  • •Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders, with a strong network or evidence of building one.
