Job Summary

Monitor, evaluate, and report on technical performance as an Assistant Contract Technical Representative, serving as the primary technical advocate for military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Own review and tracking of authorization and account-creation requests, manage IT buildouts using the Navy Enterprise Toolset, and administer Microsoft Office 365/Exchange services. Provide operational support and troubleshooting, coordinate with NMCI and Flank Speed helpdesks, and oversee asset management and uptime to prevent user disruption.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, evaluate, and report on technical performance as the ACTR, advocating for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
•Review and sign System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms and submit/track account creation requests for NMCI NIPR, NMCI SIPR, Flank Speed, and NNPI.
•Execute and manage hardware and software buildouts for NMCI orders using the Navy Enterprise Toolset (NET).
•Administer Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange services, including creating and maintaining Distribution Groups.
•Respond to service requests, troubleshoot or route issues with NMCI and Flank Speed helpdesks, and maintain oversight of asset management and service delivery to prevent operational downtime.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
•Minimum 5 years of experience working in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
•Active Secret Security Clearance.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills to interface with team, program leadership, and customer.
