Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safe, productive operation of Rio Coastal Operations in accordance with RTIO Operating Rules and Procedures.
  • •Attend shift start meetings, participate actively, and raise safety and production issues.
  • •Use scheduling tools (e.g., FSP/HOS) to verify and optimize the safe production plan.
  • •Investigate site and ISP plan opportunities to increase production safely, including bottlenecks and faults and analysing root causes.
  • •Ensure professional standards with stakeholders, maintain data integrity when entering AMPLA delays, and provide clear written and verbal shift handovers.
