Lead daily operations at a fast-paced Kipling retail store by supporting the store’s leadership team, driving exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring merchandising and store standards are met. Coach and develop associates, monitor KPIs to achieve sales and profitability goals, manage opening/closing and floor coverage, and support stockroom processes like shipments, inventory organization, and loss prevention. Help foster an inclusive store culture and participate in local community initiatives.
