Job Summary

Partner with clients and businesses to deliver plan-based financial advice, assessing needs and using gathered data to recommend investment and insurance solutions. Build a client referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitors. Key Responsibilities

•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and delivering solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by prospecting and identifying internal/external centers of influence.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitor offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with client transactions on the teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions; participate in branch huddles and debriefs and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
