Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze operational, financial, commercial, and customer data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Build business cases, performance assessments, and scenario analyses to guide executive decisions and long-term planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in business performance, strategy, commercial analysis, consulting, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel for business performance reporting and dashboards.
  • •Strong ability to analyze large, complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to influence decisions.
  • •Proven experience turning analytical insights into recommendations that deliver measurable business improvements across cross-functional teams.
