Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, grow, and develop a small senior full stack team and set technical direction across services and the customer-facing web experience.
  • •Own the customisation surface end to end, including terminology/glossaries, style rules/profiles, translation memory, and related sharing/administration.
  • •Shape product experience with product manager and designer, bringing a strong point of view on how customisation should feel to use.
  • •Challenge and improve what is shipped, including organizing, finding, and trusting large sets of customisations.
  • •Drive adoption by identifying where customers drop out and closing gaps, while ensuring customer-owned assets are safe, portable, and correctly scoped.
