Key Responsibilities

•Drive analysis and action for top/bottom line growth, supporting workstreams and segment resources to deliver P2W charter outcomes with strong cross-functional connections.
•Create processes and templates for an integrated annual business plan aligning segment and functional strategies to action plans and capability gaps.
•Work with segment teams to define and advance opportunities through jointly developed analysis and time-bound action plans.
•Integrate transformation tools into segment workstreams to enhance project management, deliverables, dependencies, and organizational visibility.
•Develop global risk monitoring processes and communications tools (e.g., dashboards) to track disruptors, leading indicators, implications, and mitigation options.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in strategy consulting or equivalent corporate strategy experience, including corporate strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
•Ability to analyze complex business situations, manage multiple concurrent projects, and deliver solutions using hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving and executive facilitation.
•Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen, with a track record of data-driven decision-making and demonstrable results.
•Significant experience managing large global projects (e.g., operating model design, M&A integration, enterprise strategy) involving large teams and data sets.
•Proficiency in IT tools and project management tools (e.g., MS Project), with exceptional AI/modeling/math skills.
