Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive analysis and action for top/bottom line growth, supporting workstreams and segment resources to deliver P2W charter outcomes with strong cross-functional connections.
  • •Create processes and templates for an integrated annual business plan aligning segment and functional strategies to action plans and capability gaps.
  • •Work with segment teams to define and advance opportunities through jointly developed analysis and time-bound action plans.
  • •Integrate transformation tools into segment workstreams to enhance project management, deliverables, dependencies, and organizational visibility.
  • •Develop global risk monitoring processes and communications tools (e.g., dashboards) to track disruptors, leading indicators, implications, and mitigation options.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in strategy consulting or equivalent corporate strategy experience, including corporate strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.

  • •Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen, with a track record of data-driven decision-making and demonstrable results.
