Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead holistic SEO and AEO strategy development for enterprise client accounts to drive full-funnel growth.
  • •Develop optimization strategies for AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask, zero-click experiences, and conversational queries.
  • •Optimize content and technical implementations for AI-driven search, including structured data/schema strategies for enhanced SERP features and AI summaries.
  • •Perform and present technical, content, competitive, local, and app SEO audits; create SEO functional specifications and partner on implementation, QA, and UAT.
  • •Measure SEO and AEO ROI across KPIs, using reporting frameworks and automation tools to communicate performance insights and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •3+ years driving SEO performance for enterprise or large-scale brands (agency experience preferred).
  • •Demonstrated success leading traditional SEO and AEO initiatives in AI-driven search environments.
  • •Deep understanding of AI Overviews/generative search, structured data/schema, entity/knowledge graph optimization, and E-E-A-T authority-building.
  • •Experience with SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and familiarity with AI workflows, automation tools, APIs, and advanced data analysis.
