Own the customer narrative after onboarding by building a scalable customer reference program and creating ROI-driven case studies, video scripts, and testimonials. •Build and scale a customer reference program that turns power users and AI adopters into advocates, reference calls, and case studies.
•Personally interview customers to source and create ROI-driven case studies, video scripts, and user testimonials.
•Drive pipeline growth by collaborating with events, webinar, and product teams to promote launches and events to the customer base.
•Design and execute customer adoption campaigns (newsletters, user groups, webinars) to increase adoption, feature utilization, and customer LTV.
•Create customer-facing collateral and adoption toolkits, including release communications that simplify complex legal-tech workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS (legal-tech or AI-tech experience is a plus).
•Strong curiosity about customers, including listening to calls and understanding user friction points.
•Proven storytelling ability, including drafting case studies, newsletters, and promotional content.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional work across Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams.
•Hands-on program management experience for advisory boards, events, or surprise-and-delight style programs.
