Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer scope.
  • •Detail plan and maintain the IMS lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to keep schedule baselines current.
  • •Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements across all program phases.
  • •Perform detailed IMS analysis for quality, completeness, and compliance, including critical path, schedule variance, and “what-if” exercises.
  • •Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 2 years of program planning/scheduling or project management experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Ability to decompose statements of work into workable program plan elements.
  • •Familiarity with Earned Value compliance and government regulations related to program planning.
  • •STEM bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interface across all organizational levels.
