Key Responsibilities

  • •Lay out materials per blueprint instructions.
  • •Set up forming dies and punches in the press brake and operate hydraulic press brake machines (230T to 400T).
  • •Enter part number information into the computer terminal and perform first-piece checks with corrections to the part program as needed.
  • •Position pieces against stops and form parts to required angles and bends; verify finished pieces against print dimensions and adjust the press brake as needed.
  • •Work with another operator to pallet completed parts and develop computer programs for new parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of machining experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 LBS and perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • •A high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of previous Press Brake machine operation experience.
