Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate studies in business or a related field preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of products, services, and processes for the related business unit.
  • •Knowledge of call center or service center standard policies and practices.
  • •Proven leadership abilities; FINRA Series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred and may be required depending on assigned product/line of business/distribution system.
