Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate all aspects of shipping routes and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time performance.
•Communicate transportation requirements internally and externally with customers, vendors, and 3PL partners.
•Process customer requests for industry compliance and ensure documentation is received and fulfilled in a timely manner.
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
•Perform ongoing tracking of deliveries, inventory, and reporting to support cross-functional operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•5 years of experience in similar role
•Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP system) and Microsoft Office
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to manage shipping routes, documentation and coordinate with multiple internal teams and vendors
