Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cost-specific programs and projects and collaborate with project teams to connect work to the BIC cost plan.
  • •Create, maintain, and track strategic roadmaps with cost metrics aligned to the latest BIC targets.
  • •Provide periodic program/project performance updates and establish leadership/team meeting structures for review.
  • •Manage program changes across scope, plans, business rules, policies, and procedures.
  • •Represent the site within the Frontend SPMO network, support benchmarking, replicate valuable activities, and ensure execution on schedule, scope, and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines.
  • •2+ years of experience in environments such as Frontend Fab Engineering (preferably IE, PIE, PEE, ME) or Business Analyst / Management / Finance.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize complex information clearly.
  • •Strong program and project management capability, including multi-tasking, time management, and priority setting.
  • •Ability to influence cross-functional groups and advise stakeholders on risk and reward analysis; experience with manufacturing/engineering processes is required.
