Own identity and access management for critical revenue automation and AI/data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain automated onboarding, offboarding, and departmental transfer processes across WorkDay, Okta, and Google Workspace.
•Build and optimize integration/orchestration infrastructure and multi-step automation flows, maintaining Workato recipes with strict IAM governance using Okta Workflows.
•Implement and enforce RBAC/ABAC access governance models and manage SSO (SAML/OIDC) and MFA configurations.
•Ensure AI infrastructure and data infrastructure have secure, least-privileged access, including identity lifecycle management for AI agents and service accounts.
•Develop IAM policies and procedures, streamline access requests, and support audit logging and access reviews for compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience, with significant hands-on expertise with Okta (including OIE and OIG).
•Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, directory services, SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
•Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or other languages for automation and large-scale data imports/exports.
•Experience with event-driven automation, RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks to build and maintain integrations and error handling.
•Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), plus auditing/governance/access certification practices.
