Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and delivery of cloud-native, high-performance data pipelines and microservices.
  • •Build and support solutions using Java and related frameworks, plus streaming and data tooling (e.g., Flink/Beam).
  • •Drive GCP-based engineering and orchestrate workflows across Dataflow, BigQuery/ClickHouse, Pub/Sub, GCS, Composer, Airflow, and GKE.
  • •Own live production applications, modernize legacy stacks, and lead migrations to microservices-based cloud-native architectures with service resilience.
  • •Coach and mentor engineers across levels while monitoring and optimizing performance, data quality, integrity, and security end-to-end.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years in development engineering with strong ETL and data pipeline delivery experience.
  • •Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or similar), with relevant industry certifications a plus.
  • •Hands-on leadership with Java (including Java 8) and SQL, plus front-end exposure to React and TypeScript.
  • •Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving for complex data and application issues, including proactive risk/issue reporting with mitigation.
  • •Working knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes deployments; monitoring experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Stackdriver.
