Job Summary

QC Manager overseeing factory QC operations for hardlines (Furniture and Lighting) across a global supply chain. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee QC operations at the factories, including the inspections of raw materials, in-process / in-line production and finished goods.
•Provide guidance to manufacturing partners’ QC and production on in-line production quality control, assisting first production qualification, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
•Investigate and address quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
•Prepare and submit reports on quality control activities, including inspection results, audits, and non-conformance reports
•Ensure factories comply with company standards and good documentation practices by providing accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field
•5+ years of proven experience in quality control
•Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience
•Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different partners
