Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop pattern designs for performance garments from drawing to base and final pattern, using CAD/3D tools (PGS-Investronica and CLO-3D).
  • •Interpret functional product requirements in relation to athlete physiology and movement to ensure comfort, performance and ergonomics.
  • •Work in depth on size charts, grading and technical fitting.
  • •Identify technical and construction issues early in prototyping and provide engineering feedback.
  • •Support the garment packaging process, providing laboratory guidance on techniques best suited for technical garments and collaborate with Style and Product Development during fittings and defect testing.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma with specialization in the clothing sector.
  • •8–10 years of experience as a patternmaker for technical/sport clothing, gained in brands and companies in high-performance athletic segments.
  • •Full autonomy in developing the pattern (from drawing to base and finished pattern).
  • •Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software for clothing.
  • •Proficiency in Italian and English; willingness to frequent travel across the national territory.
