Job Summary

Lead technical service initiatives for DSM's ISOL Dairy business in Greater China, coordinating with sales, R&D, QA and Marketing. You’ll troubleshoot issues for mid-sized dairy customers, drive product introductions to market, and manage strategic projects with cross-functional teams. You’ll collect feedback, report progress monthly, and explore new segments like probiotics and plant-based products.

Key Responsibilities

•Cooperating with TTH China Dairy RSD to organize internal activity and ensure the whole sales system runs efficiently.
•Troubleshoot issues for middle-sized customers and assist the product to come to market smoothly.
•Follow up global strategic project development with R&D and Marketing.
•Collect opportunities and update progress, generating the report monthly.
•Organize and lead projects with Sales, Production, QA, Marketing and R&D.

Key Requirements

•MSc level or equivalent (chemistry, food technology, microbiology or similar).
•3 years or above technical/R&D work experience.
•Work in fluent English and Chinese language.
•Outgoing and good internal and external communication.
•Strong responsibility and ownership.
