Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional front-line customer service to ticket purchasers.
•Conduct in-person ticket sales at the box office using the Ticketmaster Point of Sale system.
•Work with Archtics and TM Host systems as needed.
•Balance and account for cash and credit card receipts from sales transactions.
•Organize and distribute will-call tickets, maintaining a positive attitude toward the company and events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1-year experience in sales and/or customer service.
•Available for flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•General office and cash experience are preferred.
•Basic foundation and understanding of event ticketing.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
