Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule, prepare supplies, and ensure you have proper PPE before each day.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned market and navigate independently across unfamiliar areas.
  • •Provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Use your phlebotomy expertise to make blood draws comfortable and maintain a warm, professional patient experience.
  • •Accurately document visits using Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocational Nurse (in-home experience preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • •Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and travel approximately 75% of the year, including time away from home.
