Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and equipment; ensure quality control inspections align with engineering documentation.
  • •Safely load and unload trucks and shipping containers; maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • •Conduct stock takes and cycle counts; manage inventory traceability and support replenishment, forecasting, and stock planning.
  • •Support procurement and logistics by expediting suppliers, coordinating incoming deliveries/outbound freight, and assisting with domestic and international shipments.
  • •Provide stores and procurement support to project teams; identify opportunities to improve logistics and warehousing efficiency and participate in supplier evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in stores, warehousing, materials management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • •Experience in a project-driven environment (e.g., defence, engineering, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, heavy industry).
  • •Proven inventory control and warehouse management experience, including loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.
  • •Current Driver's License and current MHE (Material Handling Equipment) License.
  • •Full Australian working rights.
