Job Summary

Drive Visa Direct sales in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solutioning to deal structure and contract close. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline and CRM lead flow, develop sales and lead acquisition strategies for cross-border low-value real-time/ACH use cases, and act as a payments SME on Visa Direct APIs/SDKs to accelerate time-to-market and deliver incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Visa Direct sales by achieving annual sales goals in partnership with local product and leads.
•Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close for cross-border low value payments to real-time networks and ACH settlement hubs.
•Develop sales strategy and lead acquisition plans, identifying high-potential client targets and use cases/verticals.
•Manage CRM lead quality/quantity and build an effective prospect pipeline; progress opportunities through the Client Acquisition methodology.
•Serve as the SME on Visa Direct commercialization, deep-dive into use cases, explain APIs/SDKs, and coordinate go-to-market execution with the VD Product team.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
•8+ years of experience in payments or digital solutions.
•Knowledge of SWIFT cross-border payments concepts and transaction banking, including low value (ACH).
•Prior payments sales experience in financial services (banks and fintechs).
•Proven track record building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding revenue goals.
