Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product owners, UX, engineering, and partner teams to gather and refine requirements across products and existing tools.
  • •Drive rapid prototyping cycles from technical requirements through software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
  • •Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools; align deliverables with leadership.
  • •Scale successful pilots to full commercial solutions, designing robust, scalable architecture solutions and end-to-end feature delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD (or 8+ years relevant work experience).
  • •2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
  • •Multi-disciplinary skills across ideation, software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
  • •Hands-on skills in multiple technology stacks for web development, APIs, and mobile application development.
  • •Up-to-date experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies (and ability to apply AI technologies in development and production systems).
