Job Summary

Lead technical innovation for Visa’s internal processes, turning new ideas into demo-able prototypes and ultimately commercial solutions. Drive rapid prototyping cycles across software design, programming, debugging, and optimization, and explore emerging technologies, features, and tools. Partner with product owners, UX, engineering, and internal product teams to gather and refine requirements, scale successful pilots, and influence roadmap and strategy—while applying Gen AI and agentic AI in development and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop new ideas into demo-able products and ultimately commercial solutions.
•Collaborate with product owners, UX, engineering, and partner teams to gather and refine requirements across products and existing tools.
•Drive rapid prototyping cycles from technical requirements through software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
•Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools; align deliverables with leadership.
•Scale successful pilots to full commercial solutions, designing robust, scalable architecture solutions and end-to-end feature delivery.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD (or 8+ years relevant work experience).
•2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
•Multi-disciplinary skills across ideation, software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
•Hands-on skills in multiple technology stacks for web development, APIs, and mobile application development.
•Up-to-date experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies (and ability to apply AI technologies in development and production systems).
