Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client transactions and maintain accurate records with proper handling of monies while delivering a courteous, service-focused client experience.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring to branch specialists when needed.
