Production Technician (Shift Working)

Troubleshoot and monitor production equipment to keep lines running and ensure on-time delivery of complicated orders. Support teammates in meeting output targets and scrap-rate goals, maintain 5S standards in the work area, and report machine status (including safety guarding and productivity) to the team lead and maintenance. Train new operators, assist with setup/testing and trial runs for new items, and track spare parts and consumables.
