Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings, including separations, negotiations, and workforce reduction consultation meetings.
  • •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance in offboarding and audits.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and support employee relations cases through assessment, follow-up, and coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
