Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Product Management organization for Production Programs and NPI across the McKinney CMC portfolio, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop and lead a high-performing Product Management team and coordinate cross-functional alignment for end-to-end delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain and key partners to manage Program Operations Management (POM) and Program Management Office (PMO) activities.
  • •Own and monitor the McKinney CMC business portfolio health (demand, schedule, quality, and quality) and communicate performance.
  • •Serve as the factory escalation point and drive accountability through leader communications for end-to-end product delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years experience.
  • •Experience in factory operations, program management, engineering, and/or supply chain with demonstrated team leadership.
  • •Proven ability to develop and lead a product management organization and manage multiple priorities in a high mix environment.
  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Six Sigma, CORE, Lean Manufacturing, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.
