Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop scalable backend features using Python and Django, including Django ORM models and migrations.
  • •Build and maintain REST APIs with Django Rest Framework, ensuring secure and reliable functionality.
  • •Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure components (storage, databases, messaging, CDN) and OAuth-based authentication flows.
  • •Integrate asynchronous processing and messaging using Celery with Redis or RabbitMQ, including caching strategies.
  • •Improve reliability and quality through testing, code quality tools, monitoring/observability (e.g., Sentry), and Dockerized deployments with CI/CD.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years with Python and Django, including ORM, migrations, admin interface, and building REST APIs with Django Rest Framework.
  • •Experience implementing AWS services such as S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, and/or CloudFormation, plus OAuth flows.
  • •Hands-on with Celery (4.x/5.x) and message brokers (Redis or RabbitMQ), including Redis for caching.
  • •Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL.
