Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage allocation and replenishment activities to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining healthy inventory flow.
  • •Lead newness allocation and translate assortment/buy plans into distribution strategies using store door profiles, sales history, and business priorities.
  • •Monitor sales trends and inventory metrics (sell-through, weeks of supply) and make timely allocation decisions; rebalance inventory across markets based on performance.
  • •Produce weekly inventory reports by store, channel, category, and SKU; identify inventory gaps or slow-moving stock and recommend solutions.
  • •Partner with Buying, Logistics, and VM teams; maintain door profiling and LMS changes, and support system/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •2–6 years of experience in merchandise, planning, allocation, distribution, or supply chain.
  • •Experience managing inventory across multiple channels including retail, outlet, and e-commerce (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills to turn large data sets into actionable inventory strategies.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of AllocateSmart, BI system, or SAP is a plus.
