•Monitor performance to ensure adherence to client SLAs and attend operational meetings with key clients
•Cultivate and maintain relationships with Relationship Managers and Service Managers to meet client service needs
•Act as the key client contact within area of expertise and address day-to-day client queries and issue resolution
