Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge design, validation, and manufacturing to ensure readiness for ramp and sustained production of AMD Data Center GPU hardware.
  • •Translate design intent into factory-ready processes, test methods, and debug plans for production use.
  • •Support debug and root-cause analysis of issues found during prototype builds, qualification, and manufacturing ramps.
  • •Define readiness criteria and close manufacturability gaps to improve robustness, test coverage, and speed to production.
  • •Collaborate across internal teams and external manufacturing partners, communicating clearly and driving closure on complex production issues.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and design for manufacturability
  • •Experience with manufacturing test readiness, debug, and root-cause analysis for hardware products
  • •Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across design, validation, manufacturing, quality, and operations
  • •Experience with server/data center hardware and global manufacturing environments
