Job Summary

Develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes at an onsite facility, partnering cross-functionally to implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll design and optimize workflows and layouts, troubleshoot process/equipment issues, lead equipment and process change projects, create standard work and documentation, and analyze production data to find trends and opportunities for operational excellence.

•Lead or support projects involving new equipment, tooling, and process changes.
•Develop standard work, work instructions, process documentation, and analyze production data to find improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
•Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems.
