Job Summary

Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to achieve sales goals for Ready-Mix Concrete and Building Materials. Support go-to-market strategy for assigned geography, analyze demand and competitors, identify and bid appropriate projects, and create account plans. Partner with internal teams across Safety, Quality Control, Production, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver high customer service while meeting sales volume and profit margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategy and tactics to meet company sales goals and profitability in assigned geography.
•Conduct demand forecasting and competitor/customer analysis to identify the next best alternatives.
•Identify and bid appropriate projects; participate in bid strategy development for each job.
•Set short- and long-term goals for key clients/prospects and create action plans to achieve targets.
•Partner with internal departments (Safety, Quality Control, Production, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure strong customer service across accounts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (5 years).
•Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Must be willing to travel/work away from home and work nights and weekends when necessary.
