Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with AI agents and tools to build, test, and deploy software across the SDLC using proper contextual inputs.
  • •Design and participate in discussions for desired software outcomes, and provide technical input for feature/element estimation.
  • •Develop and implement unit and system tests for integral code paths while adhering to secure coding practices.
  • •Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new features within application and system structures, providing technical support as needed.
  • •Use observability tools (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards) to monitor system health, diagnose issues, validate production behavior, and document best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent combination such as a master’s degree with up to 2 years’ experience, or 14 years’ experience).
  • •Consistent use of AI coding assistants across the SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor), with strong context and critical evaluation of outputs.
  • •Working proficiency across the stack, including backend frameworks such as Java/Spring Boot, frontend frameworks such as React, and SQL/relational data modeling.
  • •Experience with Git workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative development practices.
  • •Working knowledge of observability (logging, metrics, monitoring tools such as New Relic) and ability to communicate technical tradeoffs and status.
