Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule stand-ups and other meetings with their team and their clients.
  • •Manage the budget for all projects, communicating with clients about scope, timing, and resources.
  • •Keep team members busy by helping developers find the right work.
  • •Assist in documenting the design of the process for the contact center.
  • •Provide key assistance for transitioning from delivery to managed services and explain how delivery meets business goals and costs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of the contact center industry is a MUST HAVE.
  • •AWS ecosystem knowledge; AWS Certifications are preferred.
  • •Experience with AWS Connect is a huge plus.
  • •Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certification.
  • •Experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations.
