Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and forecast critical milestones while monitoring progress across multiple construction projects to avoid schedule slips.
  • •Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, and apply best practice to all projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage project information through regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including RFIs and cost control/value engineering/constructability guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12+ years of relevant project management experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.

  • •Effective presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
