Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure transportation execution end-to-end by monitoring TMS queries daily to optimize orders and ship on time across regional distribution PODs.
  • •Develop and maintain KPI reporting and data analysis for ORDD/CRDD and LWA, turning insights into actionable performance recommendations.
  • •Lead daily triage of TMS queries and resolve exceptions quickly to keep shipments moving on time.
  • •Coordinate with internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to meet service level objectives and resolve service/capacity issues.
  • •Monitor ERP/TMS/WMS data flows for synchronization, identify transportation capacity gaps with the capacity planning team, and drive continuous improvement and cost/service opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally in FMCG/CPG/3PL, with increasing scope and ownership.
  • •Strong knowledge of transportation execution and upstream/downstream dependencies (planning, customer/service impacts, warehouse interfaces).
  • •Proficiency with transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, tracking tools) and ability to troubleshoot data/process issues across ERP/TMS/WMS flows.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement using data (root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work) with cost/service/productivity impact.
