Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate Finance AI strategy, delivery roadmap, standards, and operating approach (what to build, buy, or enable locally).
  • •Identify, size, and prioritize Finance workflows for AI automation using value, risk, readiness, and delivery complexity.
  • •Lead the first end-to-end deployment: design and run an Accounting-focused pilot from process discovery and control design through operation and evaluation.
  • •Make outcomes measurable by setting success/failure/stop criteria and ensuring accuracy, control performance, adoption, and redesign/retirement conditions.
  • •Establish reusable delivery and governance capability, including production bar decisions, monitoring/rollback expectations, and embedded human review and risk controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 115,000 - 150,000 annually
