Job Summary

Own customer install base application performance and process roadmap delivery by managing process and application definitions and implementations. Drive customer satisfaction by identifying business risks, optimizing tool utilization, and taking ownership of system evaluations. Partner with account and factory process/technology groups to define process support plans and implement continuous improvement. Support installation and warranty, train local resources, and execute installation and qualification for new processes and technologies.
