Serve Banking Center customers by handling financial transactions and conducting needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products and deepen relationships. Support sales, retention, and growth initiatives while meeting individual and team goals for sales, service, and operations. Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, help achieve branch audit requirements, and supervise/coach fellow relationship bankers, including onboarding new team members.
