•Forecast financial, manpower, and operational requirements for regional key businesses and pursue service agreement opportunities with marketing and sales.
•Manage start-ups, local inventories, RMA procedures, DSO performance, and system start-up and warranty cost reserves.
•Ensure customer satisfaction with company service and system performance, escalating system downs through established procedures to restore service.
•Interview, hire, and train customer engineers; establish goals and career development and training plans to drive employee satisfaction.
•Promote quality improvement initiatives (reduce cycle time, drive continuous technical performance improvement) and ensure safety practices among customer engineers.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 192,500 annually
