Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train and educate homeowners on using their new system for home protection.
  • •Maintain safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in coaching/training to grow within the national organization.
