Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the Wholesale Banking change agenda (e.g., investment/transaction, institutional, corporate banking) and related areas in line with the bank’s strategic direction.
  • •Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, including interdependencies, resourcing, and changes impacting priorities.
  • •Establish effective relationships with senior stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure portfolio communication and delivery tracking through steering committees.
  • •Ensure accuracy of project charters, change impact assessments, project plans, business requirement documents, and project reviews.
  • •Advise on business cases and UAT strategies, oversee translation from analysis to practical implementation, and support change adoption through training and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • •Postgraduate in business management is a plus
  • •Minimum 8 years of banking experience
  • •Preferably 10+ years in projects/change management within financial institutions
