Job Summary

Lead development of radar Modeling & Simulation (M&S) capabilities for the Open System Architecture Signal Injector (OSI) product. Own architectures and system requirements, update architectural frameworks, and define algorithm, test scenarios, and verification approaches. Perform requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs against operational objectives while partnering with software and integration/test engineers to deliver high-performing radar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of architectures and requirements to define, characterize, and document radar OSI M&S capabilities.
•Update architectural frameworks and produce system-of-system functional and performance requirements, algorithm descriptions, test scenarios, and verification approaches.
•Conduct requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and confirm system-level performance vs. operational objectives.
•Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver innovative and high-performing radar solutions.

Key Requirements

•Degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with radar systems and/or related systems engineering, including Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
•Experience with radar signal processing, signal processing theory, and/or signal modeling.
•Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or LINUX OS platforms.
