Job Summary

Own the lifecycle of Qdrant Cloud clusters on the Regions & Clusters team, building backend services and APIs that power provisioning, scaling, upgrades, backups, and authentication. Collaborate with Product, Platform, Resilience, and other engineering teams to deliver customer-facing functionality, participate in architecture and design discussions, and investigate production issues to improve reliability, scalability, and usability of the cloud platform.

•Build backend services and APIs that power Qdrant Cloud.
•Develop features for cluster provisioning, scaling, upgrades, backups, and authentication.
•Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to deliver customer-facing functionality.
•Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.
•Investigate production issues and improve reliability, scalability, and usability of the cloud platform.
