District Manager I

Lead and manage DashMart operations across 4–6 local-fulfillment locations, coaching Site Managers and overseeing day-to-day execution. Own market performance across quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, and profitability, using data to identify opportunities and deliver growth plans. Drive process improvement pilots and change management initiatives with cross-functional partners, ensure adoption of operational best practices, and support a great customer and employee experience.
