Vans: Supervisor - Jersey Shore

Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to drive exceptional customer engagement, merchandising standards, and operational excellence. Coach and develop associates, monitor key performance indicators to achieve sales and individual goals, and help maximize store profitability. Partner with the store manager and assistant manager on opening/closing procedures, inventory and stockroom workflows, loss prevention practices, and training to create a positive, inclusive store environment.
